A2Billing Client for AndroidTM is a complementary application to A2Billing platform, built and designed on Android OS for android enabled mobiles only.
Purpose: Callback service to android mobile users.
Target: VOIP Service Providers may take a good benefit of the whole scenario of A2Billing Client for Android.

Which version of A2Billing it supports?

A2billing Client for android supports all versions of A2Billing.

Where can I get API script for A2Billing?

You can download it from Downloads tab.

How can I install the script on my A2Billing?

Unzip the downloaded 'API Script' folder into customer web folder. Then go through readme.txt

How many records are visible in "Call History"?

By default, last 5 records are shown,click on "More" button to view more records.

How do I refill my account?

Enter the voucher number provided to you by your service provider in the "Refill your account" dialog and click on OK button.

Can I use my logo and brand name?

In Pro version, you can have your custom logo, brand name. For more details contact us at sales@androida2billing.com

Is there any licence limitation for this application?

No,You are free to run the android A2billing Client Lite with your A2billing installation.

How can I access callback service through this application?

Please refer to "How it works" in 'About' tab.

How can I upgrade to latest version of the application?

You can upgrade easily by following these three steps:

  1. Uninstall the older version of application from the phone.
  2. Install Latest Version from the Android Market.
  3. Download and configure the updated API from http://androida2billing.com

A2Billing Client for Android

A2Billing Client for Android is a web callback solution for android mobile users on A2Billing platform. Unlike typical calls, using A2Billing Client, user dials a number, after few seconds of hangup... server calls back to the caller, obtains the dialed number and caller will then be connected to the dialed party through a dedicated path of callback system. Since it uses VOIP Technology to allow end-users to avail callback service through mobile network, thus provides lower prices for calls.

How it works

  • Login to the application by providing appropriate IP address of the server.
  • Once loggedin sucessfully, in 'Dialer' Tab add or select caller's number from the dropdown.
  • Dial or Select callee's number from 'Contacts' tab.
  • Press 'Call' button on keypad.
  • Caller will receive call in few seconds
  • Caller will be connected with the dialed number.
  • Click on Calls Tab to view the call history of your account.
  • Click on Refill Tab to Refill your Account or to view Refill History.

Install Instructions for API

A2biliing web callback should be runnning on your server in order to use this application. If web callback is not running, please go through a2billing documentation and install callback daemon and after that please follow the instructions below.


1.Download the appropriate zip file as per your a2billing version from site.

2.Upload the file on a2billing server and copy the zip file to the Customer folder of the a2billing panel.

3.Unzip the zip file. 4.Now you have the folder androida2billing within your customer folder.

5.Download and install a2billing for android application and install.

6.Open application and login using web username and password(same info which is used to login in a2billing customer panel.).

7.Now on the android application, configure the service URL as: "FQDN_of_a2billing_customer"

For example if your abilling customer panel url is http://my-portal.com you will have to enter http://my-portal.com in Login URL field of android application's settings tab.

Now you can enjoy making callback calls from the android application using your a2billing server.
